A SNOWY WINTER WEDDING IN CASTLE ROCK, CO
I had the honor of being the second photographer at Melanee & Salvador’s snowy winter wedding for Kaili Hanenburg. If I could describe their wedding day in three words it would be classy, fun and romantic. When we arrived at the salon (where all the girls were getting ready) the atmosphere was filled with love and genuine joy. I could tell that both Melanee & her bridesmaids were going to be such a fun group to hang out with throughout the remainder of the day into the night.
Melanee & Salvador got married at The Oaks at Plum Creek in Castle Rock, Co. I had never shot there before but had seen so many stunning images of the venue on Instagram. Their venue definitely did not disappoint! Every part of the venue was well lit and photo worthy. Especially the Bridal Suite! The bridal suite had a hanging bed, a space to fit all of your bridesmaids & furniture gorgeous enough you would’ve thought you were in a luxury home store. It was the perfect setting for all of the girls to get ready.

The love that Melanee and Salvador have for each other was definitely evident on their wedding day. From the moment Salvador saw her walking down the aisle and his eyes started filling with tears, to their heartfelt vows that had everyone smiling & especially the way they cuddled into each other during their photos had us all feeling warm, even though it was freezing outside.
